In business for 79 years, Nykolaishen Farm Equipment Ltd.
is a 4th generation family business.
Founded by Steve and Helen Nykolaishen of Kamsack in 1926, they operated
as a Cockshutt dealership, which later evolved into White Farm Equipment
and then into AGCO. George and Adeline Nykolaishen entered the business in
the early 1960's and Ron and Theresa Nykolaishen entered the business in
the mid 1970's. Just recently Ron and Theresa's sons Nolan and Chad have
entered the dealership.
The dealership took on the John Deere franchise in 1986
and has since won numerous awards for sales, parts and service
excellence, including consecutive President's Club awards from 1992 to
1998, with 1998 being #1 in Canada. Also achieving Signature dealership
awards and top Canadian combine sales in 1993 and 1996
Nykolaishen Farm Equipment is currently operating in two
locations, one in Kamsack, Saskatchewan and the other in Swan River,
Manitoba. Kamsack is located on the Saskatchewan / Manitoba border and is
150 miles north of the United States border. Swan River is 60 miles
northeast of Kamsack. |
